"Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards." - Soren Kierkegaard If Kierkegaard is correct, then it must be equally true that by examining life backwards, one can significantly improve the life that lies ahead - forwards. Utilising self-reflection, I have undertaken a painful observation of the common - and uncommon - experiences of my life, and extracted from those experiences lessons which I believe are of utility to all individuals and which, upon your viewing of the reflections within, I sincerely hope will be of utility to you. I am dedicating the content within to notable historical figures of my life, including my past self.
