This is a Transformers Prime fanfic about Knockout and Breakdown. Knockout and Breakdown are sparkmates, and after they spend some special alone time together, Knockout finds out that he's sparked. Knockout and Breakdown decide to hide it from Megatron and everyone else for as long as they can. But Megatron eventually finds out about their little secret and shocks them both when he says that he will allow them to keep the sparkling! With Breakdowns help, Knockout has to perform his normal everyday duties around the Nemesis. Tasks becomes increasingly harder for Knockout as each month passes. But they soon uncover Megatrons true intentions for them and their sparkling. To save their sparkling they must decide what they should do, where they should go, and who they should turn to... A terrified girl finds herself mixed up with three other children in a war that had somehow reached to them. Unlike the other children, she did not have a home to go back to. Scars like hers run too deep and she does not know what worth she could even give to the transformers who have now become her guardians to protect her from decepticons. Her near constant presence in their base seems to be a bother to the transformers, she can tell even if they do not say it out loud to her. The girl is not a fool. However, when they realize just how deep her pain truly was and how far she is willing to end it, Optimus is unwilling to give up on her. She does not understand his reasons, they slowly become clear. And when she finally runs in with Optimus's arch enemy, she finds herself eyeing off a certain decepticon leader in a way that she should not have. And she did not know why. Megatron himself feels he simply had taken something so precious from Prime, and enjoys watching the autobot panic in trying to find her. But, the girl began to confuse his spark. So much so he questions so much about himself.
