For whoever's read Attack on Titan : Birth of Levi, imagine the setting as the underground place under the capital city. This is NOT a crossover fic, just borrowing the underground city.

Sasuke is a criminal, living in the slums underneath the city of Konoha. He's lived his whole life being pursued by the police. However, he can't elude them forever, and eventually he is captured. Sasuke discovers that there is more to the Konoha police force than meets the eye; an undercover operation led by the corrupt higher ups. Sought by the notorious Orochimaru for a power he has yet to uncover, he becomes caught up in a plot more deadly than he could have ever imagined.
