One thing has always been clear about Russia and America: They hated each other. It was no surprise; after all, their parents had despised each other, so naturally, their children would hate each other as well. Russia and America had just gotten out of a cold war, and it had only strengthened their feelings of hatred toward each other. One fateful UN meeting, America did something that finally caused Russia to snap. That was the day all hell was let loose. Afterward, a large group of countries met up and decided that Russia and America had to stop arguing, so they consulted UN, and a seemingly brilliant idea was formed. Shock wristbands. Now, these wristbands were programmed to shock the wearer if they leave a certain proximity from one another (1 meter). One was put on Russia, and the other on America. The countries had hoped that by forcing America and Russia to be near each other at all times, they would be able to settle their differences. But binding together one cocky, social, oil-loving country who is actually incredibly insecure and one distant, cold, and terrifying as fuck country with an addiction to vodka... may not be as good of an idea as it seems.
