"San-ah! Your back!"

The name got a certain man frozen on his spot. The way that name was said with excitement got him rather hurt. Wooyoung who is busy feeding the dogs at the backyard, was still for a second before his mother resonates his name around the house calling him to attend the arrival of the guest. He was hesitant at first but suddenly forgets it after hearing his name ones again by his almost annoyed mother.

Rather than walking straight to the front porch, he stride towards his own room. Mind perplex for a while. He stared at his reflection at the mirror and that is when he notice how he look. Black -almost ruined- sleeveless, ripped jeans and a pair of slippers. Make up from last night, smudge around his face.

"Fuck."

Wooyoung cursed under his breath before going for a quick removal and changing of clothes into a presentable one. he didn't put another make up on since it's not necessary. He largely exhale before going to his supposed area.

Once out, an eruption of glad sighs resonates as the people around saw his entrance.

"Thank God, Wooyoung where have you been. I was calling you."

his mom said.

"Sorry. Just gotta feed my babies."

He replied. Eyes obviously avoiding the guest's mocking stare. He lick his lower lip before attending it between his teeth.

"Oh geez this kid. You know you can just do it later at night. Here. Wooyoung it's San! Aren't you excited to see him again."

his mom chirp looking at the changes the guest had achieved. what Choi San had achieved.

"Come on Woo. Don't be rude and give your bestfriend a hug."

San said as he stare at his 'ex' bestfriend. his small smirk holding itself as it continue to torture the little man.

'Yours still the same, Jung Wooyoung.'

San thought as he intended to stare at Wooyoung for forever if he could. Not planning to hold back his feelings anymore. Not this time. Not again.

Forced to be together for the sake of the public eye, Jung Wooyoung and Choi San have been wrapped up in a scheme to bring their parent's million dollar companies together. The arranged relationship was only to appear real outside in the public eye, but behind closed doors in their shared lavish apartment, lie a brewing storm of resentment and hate. Wooyoung doesn't expect a friendship to become of his forced time with San, let alone an actual relationship, but the more time he spends with San, the more he comes to understand how wrong he truly was in hating him. Or Wooyoung refuses to admit how much he actually likes his "fake" boyfriend Choi San, and hates how easy it is to like him. ╰┈➤ **ᴛʜɪꜱ ɪꜱ ᴀʟꜱᴏ ᴘᴏꜱᴛᴇᴅ ᴏɴ ᴍʏ ᴀ03 @ ᴍᴏʀᴇᴛʜᴀɴᴍʏᴏᴡɴ** ╰┈➤ 𝟭𝟴+ 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀! [complete] "Before you said something, I didn't want to interrupt you but I can't stop thinking about it and I-" he stopped like he was trying to find the right words, "I don't like it when you say that you are sully and disgusting and ruined, I know that it's what they made you think for all those years. I know it's not easy to change the way we see ourselves, but I promise you. I won't kill those men if you don't want me to but I'll spend the rest of my life trying to show you your worth! Let me do this at least" one of his hands left the one of Wooyoung and raised to cup his cheek, thumb caressing it softly, "You are so beautiful, inside and out. I want you to see it too!" ✨ Jung Wooyoung is 22 years old and has been a slave for most of his life, mentally and physically abused. Ready to succumb to whatever worse scenario comes next. "You don't love me, you can't love me." My body shakes uncontrollably as I fall to the ground, sobbing into my hands as I try to muffle the sound desperately. "Just let me love you, I can't love you if you won't allow me to idiot," a whisper echoes through the walls as he squats down next to me, placing his hand on my back, rubbing, small, reassuring circles. ... It was never supposed to be like this, why did I let this happen? Hyunjin and Y/n lived in the same neighborhood. They were best friends for the longest time until Y/n was forced to move schools right before high school. Four years have gone by and Y/n grew a new persona. She doesn't smile anymore like she used to, she doesn't wear her hair in pigtails, and she doesn't wear those big, round, glasses everyone used to make fun of her for. When she moved her parents took away all forms of communication from her, thinking that she didn't deserve the love and care she was getting. She managed to keep in contact with one friend because their parents were friends, but she lost all contact with Hyunjin. She felt horrible for it, she cared about him the most and never got to say goodbye like she planned. After her parents kick her out to go live with her grandparents, she moves back to her hometown hoping that no one will recognize her. Hyunjin felt betrayed when Y/n left, she left without a goodbye and didn't speak a single word to him in the past four years. Without her around, he grew close to Chan's group of friends. The summer before high school started, Hyunjin and his friends matured and all the girls in school found them attractive. They fought for the boys attention but Hyunjin only thought of Y/n regardless of all the pining girls. He hated that she constantly ran through his mind, wishing he could just forget about her. As everyone walks into their 4th period, two people catch each other's gaze. One feels guilt bubble up in their stomach and the other boils with resentment.

"Always a pleasure doing business with you, ma'am," he says, his tone laced with smug satisfaction, that same cold, calculating smile stretching across his face. He knows I'm running out of options, and it shows in the way his eyes flicker over me, like a predator circling its prey. I clench my jaw, trying to keep my composure as my account hits zero. The weight of every won gone feels like a noose tightening around my neck, my lips slowly turning bluer by the day, slowly dying. I can't let him see the panic crawling up my throat, not yet. But with each payment, I can feel the walls closing in, the desperation sinking deeper into my bones.
