I am an English teacher. My students were reading dystopian novels in what I call "book clubs". While they were reading them, I had a dream that Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham were involved in the Hunger Games, as that was a novel that they could read....I acknowledge that The Hunger Games belongs to Suzanne Collins and I don't mean to copy it or steal it. This is just my own interpretation of something. I based it mostly off of the movies as they're easier to write to. But it takes a turn during the "Mockingjay" Era.  So Give it a chance. If you haven't read THG, read this, see if you like it and then give the actual books a chance. They are by far my favorite.All Rights Reserved

I got the idea for this story, after watching Marry Me, the new Jennifer Lopez movie...It's not the same by any means, but it has a similar concept. I highly recommend the movie. This story takes place in the present day (2010s) but take 1973 Stevie Nicks (Buckingham Nicks Cover) age her up to about 36, but not with the poodle perm, and stick her with Say You Will Lindsey. A 40 year old, single father of a thirteen year old daughter.
