Master Splinter accidentely shrinks when one of Donnie's inventions breaks. When he goes to the surface to find his sons he get hit in the head and blackout. Then a girl around 15 finds him hurt and take him home to take care of him. The turtles find the lair empty and Donnie's invention making them realese what happened and goes to find their father. Splinter wakes up but have amnesia and can't remember who he is or what happened in his life. 

Will he get his memories back, will the turtles find him and make him big again. And what will happen to the young girl Kaya.
