When war starts in the future, families are separated. The children of these families stay together at a War Protection Program (WPP), but some of these programs are attacked, the attackers take the children to a camp, they do test on the children and separate brothers and sisters, Lilly Blackbird is separated from her sister,but unlike others, that was the last straw. She was escaping. She was going to find her sister lost to the war.
