What if Izuku got his quirk the day he protected someone from Katsuki, a quirk that can strike fear in to the hearts of others, and what if that certain someone he protected became his friend, or something more?

Yahelloo~ in this story Izuku has a quirk called Fear, kinda like Re-Destro's quirk Stress, but also a little different. I won't tell to much info bout his quirk, but do know that as the story progress, you'll learn more about his quirk, anyways 1st time writing so yeah, It might suck, also it's fine if you criticize me :D
I Also don't own anything, only some of the OCs. If this story shares some similarities with others please tell me, of course share you're feedback about this.

Now having to start there relationship pretty much from scratch, Izuku is determined not to mess it up this time. Maybe starting over is just the opening he needs to begin something more...
