He lent his hand, peeling me off my chair. I grabbed our unfinished wine bottle, winking at the hostess.

"Are you sure about this?" Leo whispered, sinking closer to me. With my nod, he snaked his arm around, nudging me outside. "Gosh. I'm harboring a wine thief."

"It's not thieving if it's paid."

"Okay, smart-ass," Leo opened the door for me and I sunk into the warmed seat. "Let's get you home before you rob a bank."

For Zemira Ford, her business means everything. In order to save it from bankruptcy, she even agrees for an engagement stunt to pump in profits.

Encountering a rugged, handsome stranger while enjoying her last free night is not what Zem considers fun while chugging alcohol. Nor is the plan to engage with him verbally or physically.
