Our girl has had a pretty horrible, short life.

On a list full of shitty events, she has recently lost the family she has known for the past ten years: the infamous group of thieves known as the "Smiling Ghosts".

Ridden with guilt and taunting skeletons that haunt her waking nightmares, she desperately attempts to escape her own living hell by doing what she does best- stealing and retrieving riches.

A mysterious client contracts her to steal an artifact from, the otherwise worthless, William Coulter. It is a 'gun'. Folklore describes it as a weapon used before the end of the world. She doesn't care, it's a mission, it keeps her awake and away from the horrors her brain tortures her with. She doesn't know how troublesome this gun will be, the secrets it carries or the harm it will bring to an already collapsing country.Even without bullets, this peacemaker is going to shatter her world.
