Vivian's Promise - (Kanto)

Vivian Weaver is a young girl from Pallet Town with an insomniac issue, but aside from that, she's otherwise normal. She is friends with two boys of the same age, Ash and Gary. As a result of her friendship with Gray, she often visited Professor Oak, which led to her interest in training Pokemon. Over time, while Ash and Vivian have stayed friends, she has drifted apart from Gray because of his self-centered pride. Now that the trio is at the age to start their journey, what will happen?

There is a mix of Ash and Vivian concepts are included in this story, of course on a slow burn basis. Additionally, it takes place in an anime world as opposed to a game world. Please forgive me if I forget to include something when researching pokemon knowledge.
