"Lance! You're awake! Finally." A woman with dark skin and extremely light blue hair exclaims, relieved. An unfamiliar alien appears, pushing pst the other paladins.
Her dark blue skin and white horns stood out along with her vibrant green hair. "Mind explaining why YOU'RE the only paladin who got injured? And why YOU ended up in the medbay protecting my planet? What's with that, blue paladin?"
"....who are you..?"

Although, to his satisfaction, he swallowed any stupid comments or sounds. Except one- "You look like a chipmunk." Lance laughed, ruffling Keith's hair before disappearing out of the door and into the hallway. "Hey!" He shouted, tripping over his own feet as he scrambled upwards. The door clicked shut softly. From either side of the door, each boy had a moment of clarity, a soft smile adorned their face. Maybe this situation isn't that horrible. And, Lance was hungry. That too. - in which keith has been exposed to a mysterious gas, forcing his galra traits to bubble to the surface. and with this comes the troubles of accepting the other half of him, even after the galra captured his people. all the while lance has to deal with the fact that keith was brought here by red, the extension of his own quintessence. he's still struggling to grasp his own life.. what does it all mean anymore? (and the burning crushes they have on one another!)Complete
Klance :: Not So Different
Lol, first Klance! Hope you all enjoy! Keith has been haunted since he fought with the Druid. His hand... It just healed... That wasn't a normal thing. Then Zarkon... The emperor told Keith he fought similar to his Galran soldiers. That had honestly scared him. So when the paladins are reunited after being spread throughout space, he tries to hide his insecurities and fears and pain. However, he can't hide it for long. And he never thought Lance could actually smile so kindly, let alone smile at him. I do not own Voltron: Legendary Defenders or the characters!!! I also do not own any pictures used.Complete

"S-Stay, p-please," Keith mumbled, hiding his face in his pillow. Lance nodded climbing beside the small boy. Keith turned to face him, his face flushed as he looked at Lance, "T-Thanks." "For what?" Lance whispered, his breath close enough for Keith to touch. "B-Being by my side," Keith moved closer to Lance, closing the small distance between them, "I-I thought y-you'd all hate me." "Why would you think that?" "Ha," Keith let out a bitter laugh, "I'm half Galra. I share half of my DNA with a race who has killed countless civilizations, not to mention they kidnapped Shiro and Katie's family, and they-" "Exactly, "they". You didn't help them do any of that, right?" Lance touched Keith's forehead with his own, drinking in the feel of his soft skin. "N-No but-" "No "buts", you didn't choose to be born part Galra, and you have more than proved you're a paladin." "Allura and Coran hate me," Keith mumbled, trying to find some way to prove that they did indeed hate him. "No they don't, just give them some time to adjust," Keith turned around, pulling Lance's arm around him, "They have to get used to you. None of us hate you, not the smallest bit." Lance waited for Keith to argue but the boy had already fallen asleep. Lance hugged the boy tighter as he copied his steady breaths. "I could never hate you." ------------------------------------------------- Keith gets kidnapped during a simple mission of the paladins. He's tortured and abused for three days, leaving him a damaged mess. The paladins finally find him and bring him home, but Keith is acting strange, stranger than usual. I obviously don't own Voltron. After a battle to rescue a civilization from the Galra, the species they come across can sense peoples feelings and insecurities and intentions. If someone is hurting they fix them, because they hate the negative energy in their kingdom. What happens when the team is confused by a small alien who comes to the queen gobsmacked and pointing at Lance frantically muttering "We can't fix him!" and Lance is ordered to stay in the castle? ~ I totally made this up. He nearly cried out at the impact. The Black Paladin dug his hands into the fabric of his shirt, pushing him harshly against the wall, "Where is Lance?!" Keith snarled. It really was remarkable how his eyes changed to resemble those of pure Galra. It would have scared him if his introduction to the guy hadn't been a gushing retelling of a 'bonding moment' between him and his brother. Alec merely rolled his eyes. "Haven't you been listening. I. Don't. Know. And to think Lance said you were smart." Keith was pratically growling as he pulled his arms off of his shirt. "I'll say this once. You will either help me find my brother and fix the mess you made or you will let me leave with that ship and stay the fuck away from him." In which Lance goes off on a solo mission without the others knowing only to be left behind when the team disappears and having to deal with the aftermath. (They do get reunited. In fact most of the time lance spends a part from them in shown in Lance's flashbacks leading up to their reuinion.)Complete
