Pandora Atlas is a young mentalist and hypnotist, taught by the once-famous Merrit McKinney. After receiving a mysterious tarot card from an anonymous source, she is teamed up with Jack Wilder, Henley Reeves and her brother J. Daniel Atlas, fellow magicians like her. 

After a controversial first show, the group, called The Four Horsemen, quickly gain fame and popularity.
