"Never realised you would look like a Disney princess in a dress," said Jay, breaking the silence between
them. "Is that a compliment, Mr.Dawson?" replied Leah quietly, her voice more of a rat's squeak. He pushed her chin up, boring into her eyes. Her eyes were welled up with tears. "Heyy, I know I am a hot stuff. You don't have to cry for being my fan, you know." He winked at her, as his two syllable laugh echoed in her mind. She elbowed him playfully, as she laughed at his comment. "Sorry about what happened last time, Leah. I didn't mean to react that way, though" said Jay, as he tugged at the loose bow that lay across his white collared crisp shirt. She stepped forward and adjusted his bow, as she went on," sorry for breaking your promise Jay," her voice the reflection of complete guilt and sadness. "I know how much this means to you, Leah. I've seen how excited you get every time you receive a letter from him. One lucky guy that fella is," he winked at her again watching a tear drop rolling down her cheek. He pushed her by the shoulders to the vanity mirror at the other end of the room. He pulled off the hair band from her pony tail, as he watched her hair fall across her shoulders, its ends curled inwards. The dress hugged her perfectly, the end of the dress forming waves near her feet. "That girl over there," he pointed at the mirror, "is what I would define as beauty working out its magic," he whispered.

*** As wise men have said before, what the eyes couldn't see is what the mind doesn't know. Will it be proven true in Leah's case? Join her in her quest of finding her pillar of success whom had always remained mysterious; working behind the curtains of fame while she was showered with applause and glory. Will she ever find the one she was looking for?***

Daniel intervented the wave of dirty thoughts that spun my mind and my eyes immediately met his again. He was smirking. "What are you trying to do Daniel?" "Excuse me miss, can I have the time?" I say. She reaches for her phone. "I'd check my watch but I can't take my eyes off you." She stares at me with a weird smile. Maybe she didn't get it. "Well can I follow you home?" Her eyebrows shifted in question. "My parents always told me to follow my dreams." This time she gives me a real smile but nothing else. "Have you ever been flirted with?" She shakes her head side to side silently. What? The girl with the smooth caramel skin, big brown eyes, and soft curly hair has never been flirted with? I almost gasp. "Stop kidding." I say not believing her. "I'm being serious." She says, her voice as smooth as her skin looks. "So, would you mind hanging out sometime?" I say almost a little nervous of rejection. That feeling's kind of new. "Are you sure you wanna go out with me?" She says a little surprised by my proposal. "Yeah, I mean you are beautiful." I say. Usually, compliments make girls smile or giggle, but she seemed uncomfortable. Bad start. She paused for a moment thinking. "Yeah, sure. I'd love to hangout." She says with a small smile. "Great. What's your name ?" I say almost ashamed that I don't know her name by now. "Diana. You?" "Reece." "It was nice meeting you Reece." She says getting up with her tray. "You too Diana." I say, relieved that she was leaving. The giddy, nervous feeling made me loose my appetite. CupidsBFF~ ~All Rights Reserved ~Fight of the Realest~ Reece King Fanfic

~HEARTS & FANGS~ {CASSIOPEIA & GIDEON} ~~~~ 'I hate you! I hate you! I'll never be the wife that you deserve!' 'I do not want the wife that I deserve Cassiopeia because it is you that I want.' 'Then,' she hesitated for only a moment, 'I'll never be a wife still yet yours!' she promised him. 'Say that again,' he told her in a hard angry voice, 'and face the rowen,' he dared her. Despite the threat, she climbed out of bed and went to him. She tilted her head to look challengingly at him with her sharp green tear stained eyes. 'I will never be a wife much less yours,' she repeated in a terminal raspy but rather confident voice. He stared at her for a long time, simmering. The tension in the bedroom thickened greatly. Silence reigned as their stare down intensified. All in the room stood in trepidation, awaiting his eppy. 'Everyone,' he ordered in a calm yet jussive voice that betrayed the extremity of his anger. 'Out!' he finished. They all festinated out, skedaddling away as quickly as they could before anyone of them suffered from transfer of aggression. And when the door closed with a small click sound behind them, he drew her to him unexpectedly. 'You are mine,' he simply told her with surety before he lipped her. ~~~~ 🌫She knew nothing, except that she wanted out, away from him, the beast. She knew not what she wanted, especially with a damaged head and fragmented memories. But, she just knew that she wanted nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the monster that left her in perplexity. 🌫He wasn't what she thought he was. He was what she would never dream to think. He was a part of her and she was a part of him. He would never let her go. She must be there, with him, under his spell, wrapped around his thumb lest everything would go wrong. And if it did, he was the only person who could try, mean try to put it back in place for with her, nothing wrong could ever be right. ~~~~~ #3 in Royal love #3 in Satisfying #4 in Fated love @OmaPhinaPhire

Life had taken a turn for the better ever since my troubled brother was incarcerated for life. However, one day, a sense of unease crept over me and my best friend as we noticed a mysterious figure tailing us through the bustling town. "Ally, who's that man?" my best friend inquired, her voice tinged with concern. I scanned the area nervously, my heart pounding. "We should get out of here," I urged, seizing her arm as we hastily made our way through the crowded streets. Abruptly, I awoke from a disquieting nightmare, my screams ricocheting through the silent house. "Mom, there's a man chasing me in my dreams," I gasped out, my hands trembling. She attempted to soothe me, attributing the tumultuous visions to my overactive imagination. On one occasion, I inadvertently overheard my mom and aunt engaged in a hushed conversation, puzzling over what impending revelation they were deliberating. Eventually, I mustered the courage to confront the enigmatic man who had been shadowing me. "Why have you been following me? Who are you?" I demanded, my voice quivering with trepidation. "I am Aleekie Smith," he disclosed, leaving me dumbfounded. "You're the man from my dream," I whispered, the pieces falling into place. The drama unfolded further as I crossed paths with a former boyfriend adamant on asserting control, his aggression escalating to a perilous climax when he brandished a firearm. Feeling ensnared, I made a pivotal decision to extricate myself from the tumult, severing ties with everyone in a dramatic departure. Amidst escalating tension and conflict, an unexpected source of solace materialized in the form of my father, ushering the narrative into an unforeseen trajectory. To uncover the compelling trajectory of events that ensued, I urge you to continue reading. This is merely the entrancing prologue of the gripping saga that awaits. Don't forget to vote and comment!

No doubt he was gorgeous. No doubt he's got good lips. No doubt he got any girl he wanted. No doubt I'm having crazy thoughts right now. "You're my boyfriend's bestfriend" I blurted. "It doesn't matter, I respect that but he's the only thing standing between 'us'" he replied, his voice still as calm as ever like nothing was weird... Like 'THIS' was normal. "'We' are not possible" I said mustering all the courage I could, trying not to melt under his gaze. "Does it mean you're considering it?" He asked. I wanted to reply but I couldn't, I couldn't just make out words right now. Was I perhaps considering it? What is wrong with me?! I just stood there, staring at him, his eyes piercing into mine like he was trying to read me. There was something about those dark eyes I couldn't quite comprehend. His presence was doing something to me! Everywhere was suddenly so quiet. Where is everyone?! Few seconds later, his face was inches away from mine, I just hope it wasn't what I was thinking. Every foward motion he took, I equally took a step backwards till I felt my back hit against one of the lockers. I could have pulled out. I could have pushed him away. I could have walked away. I could have hit him or slapped him away from me. But I did nothing... My body felt numb. The only thing I could feel were the weird sensation inside me. We were a breathe apart. Being in love with your best friend isn't the ideal life situation but for Zora, it's her only life situation. Secretly harboring her feelings for her best friend, Sierra, Zora pours her emotions into her journal in the form of poetry. After years of keeping her attraction for her friend at bay and trying to deny her feelings by forcing herself to love a boy who unconditionally loves her, Zora's favorite emotional outlet becomes the cause of her life falling apart as the truth finally comes out. ***** It was happening again. It was dark, sunset, I waited for her to be done with volleyball practice 'because she was my ride'. Somehow we wandered from the gym to the football field and we were sitting at the very top of the bleachers staring at each other. Her dark hair mirrored the direction of the wind, the setting sun being replaced by the brightness of her smile. We were sitting so close I could feel her warmth. It was an unusual situation. Friends don't do this. We held eye contact for a long time before I couldn't take it anymore and just closed my eyes. It wasn't real, she was just my friend. Then, I felt her tuck a strand of my curly hair behind my ear. That with the chill of the night sent shivers down my spine and a swarm of butterflies attacked my stomach. I reopened my eyes. If she didn't want me, why did she look at me that way? I held her hand and I held it for so long because I didn't know if we'd have another moment like this. We talk and laugh and she tells me I'm pretty and I ask her if she'd just noticed that and we laugh again. I realize the feelings I felt in that moment were not just the intense feelings of attraction that I felt every time I was with her. Warmth flooded to my face and if it wasn't for my dark complexion, my blush would be noticeable. I look into her dark-colored eyes and I come to the conclusion that I'm royally fucked and I'm probably also in love.
