Amelia Miller wishes nothing more than for her and her dad to pack up and move back to their cozy little apartment in New York. Unfortunately, it seems that her father is very content with staying in Rhode Island with his new wife and step daughter, so Amelia must learn to adjust to her new family, a new school, and a cute bad boy named Adam James that just won't seem to leave her alone. 

That shouldn't be to much to handle, right? Well that's not all. Amelia has a secret that makes everything so much more complicated. She has the inability to say no. 

It's not that Amelia wants to be a push over, she is just physically incapable of not complying to the commands of everyone around her. A curse she has lived with her whole life. 

So what happens when someone discovers her secret? Will she be able to survive her senior year? Is there a way to break this 'curse' and live a normal life?
