The Fallen Angel

Staring into the dark, I looked back into my past and wished I hadn't. I remember, being kicked out of my family, being rejected by my other half, being betrayed by my best friends, I couldn't believe it. For almost two days I did nothing, then I tried to live as a human, by stealing cause I had no money, but I was caught. Escaping from prison after a week, I promised myself I would never try to be one again. Then I started hunting, it was okay for a while, and I found my home again in the shadows. Vowing to myself I would never return back home. Now as I stare back into the dark, I hear a snap from below as I sit in a tree. There was someone nearby. Then I saw her.
