Lost Souls

Seventeen-year-old Carmen Louis lived in Tallahassee Florida with her younger sister Delilah Rose and their mother Emma Rose. She was very content living there with her mom and younger sister. She even had a horse, his name is Cash. Carmen and Cash are inseparable. If Carmen moved, Cash was quick to follow her. They are the most outstanding duo you'll ever see! Carmen is also a barrel racer, and she's dang good at it too. She definitely has her way with horses. She likes to spend her time rescuing and training local horses. Unfortunately for Carmen, everything took a turn for the worst.

Carmen was then sent away to live with her father David Louis in Melville Montana, after a very traumatizing relationship. Carmen thought she would never be able to recover, or love again. When Carmen moves to Melville, she quickly tries to jump back into riding and training horses. That is until she comes across a small obstacle. Also known as Wyatt Cruz. The most popular cowboy in the small town of Melville. Wyatt decides to make her first few days challenging for her. Carmen struggles to find clients due to Wyatt. Carmen's Father owns one of the largest ranches in the state. Sweet Grass Ranch. Wyatt had been working there since he was young. Wyatt is practically David's 'right hand man'.

Wyatt enjoys making things hard for Carmen. However, he always finds an excuse to be with her or in her presence. After finding out about her past, he decides to do everything in his power to protect her. He quickly gives in and decides to help her with rescuing and training mustangs they discovered a couple miles out of town. After rescuing the herd, they realize they work amazing together and decide to become a team. They become very popular among their city and even neighboring states. Things were going smoothly for a while until Carmen was faced with some hard decisions that could change everything.
