L Scott:

She's at one of the biggest music festivals in her town, when she meets her idol, L Scott, the front woman of the band Breath by Breath. Her whole world was crashing down around her, but managed to find her way into L's heart. They share a passion for music, and are both strong-headed, beautiful women.

This is honestly one huge fanfic. Its not about one specific major musician, it's multiples. It starts to become more about Kylie than anybody, but there's a reason for that.
