Psychologist Iz Clemance takes on the responsibility of owning a prison, with the help of fellow psychologists Max and Bruce Connelly. The panel of doctors have to decide who is innocent and can be released from the system. Once free, those individuals live in assigned areas with criminals that commit similar crimes, in hopes to keep the rest of society safe. Just when these plans are unfolding, a prisoner comes back into Iz's life to terrorize and make a mess of unsuspecting victims. With the help of her friends, she works to uncover the truth and track down the killer's steps. The three of them experience a dark thriller to catch the murderer before it's too late.
