After Shuichi loses his best friend Kaede, he falls into depression. He commits a suicide attempt and ends up mysteriously into the most successful mental hospital in the country. Miss Tsumugi Shirogane is the principal and the psychiatrist of the psych ward, but Kokichi, a regular at the ward, knows she is hiding a terrible secret, he and his now boyfriend and roomate, Shuichi, try to figure out the secret of Tsumugi and her terribly sucessful psychiatric feild.

Kokichi gets intrigued and worried by his unordinary behavior and decides to approach this outsider to get some answers. Will there forever be an animosity between these two?
