Miss Tsumugi Shirogane is the principal and the psychiatrist of the psych ward, but Kokichi, a regular at the ward, knows she is hiding a terrible secret, he and his now boyfriend and roomate, Shuichi, try to figure out the secret of Tsumugi and her terribly sucessful psychiatric feild.
