An former Iron-Blood captain is given command of the Mediterranean theater of Iron-Blood's operations. Being far from home in the presence of other nations it gives them insight on how far the government and military has fallen. Starting with building up the fleet he intends to completely crush Iron-Blood and rebuild it from the ground up.
