Lizzie is a 18 year old girl living in Central London with her grandparents, her grandad works as an director within the film industry, where as her grandma is a stay at home housewife. Lizzie has kept a diary since she was 6, she gotten through so many. With Lizzie having depression, anxiety and having panic attacks it's the best way for her to express her feelings. Her diary understands her, so does her grandma but her grandad does not understand how she can't be happy. They provide for her college and he just doesn't get why she's down all the time, "you have the perfect life, living in the most expensive place in London and you go to a great college just be happy for once Lizzie" but she can't. Maybe a certain guy that walks into her life can help her see what it's like to be happy, in love and even start to appreciate life. Until she finds out that her grandparents was hiding a huge secret from her...
