A Whole New Twist

What if Naruto had never met Iruka? What if instead he met Tobi? What if by not meeting Iruka Naruto never had the dream of becoming Hokaga? And therefore had no reason to stay in the village? What if he grows up with the Akatsuki as his family? What will happen to the village? How would the fourth great ninja war end? Why then would Sasuke ever feel a need to leave the village if Naruto is not there to make him feel weak? What would happen to Garra if he never met Naruto in the chunin exams, because Naruto wasn't there?
