Aria and the Songkeeper

Deep within space lies the planet of Shir, a world much like our own where music is it's life source and it's people have magical gifts called "Symphony," used to perform music and give life to the planet.
Sonata is the Songkeeper, caretaker of all music and rules Shir with a gentle hand. Aria is her apprentice next in line, destined to become ruler someday.

The problem is that Aria doesn't want to be the next Songkeeper and would much rather explore the outside world, and not being disguised. The last thing she wants is to be in a stuffy palace guarding songs all day. So when she meets Alto, a mysterious boy with a knack for mischief, she wants to rebel against her mentor even more.

But danger lurks on the horizon. Years ago, Sonata dreamed of an evil force who destroyed all of music and pulled Shir into chaos. Now, that force has come, and war may be inevitable. Can Sonata prevent this horrible prophecy from coming true? Can Aria stand up and defend her world?

To be brief, this is a story I made up for Aria, my social media avatar. She was my favorite OC when I made her, and I felt it was about time she had a proper story of her own. It's not the best story in the world, but this is a fanfiction site, so who cares?
