Jason Todd, the second Robin was never given the proper guidance he needed. Nor was he ever provided a family in the way that he called for.

Before his brutal death at the hands of The Joker, and even before he partnered up with Batman, Jason lived on the streets of Gotham. Stealing from local stores to try to get by, as he was homeless. He had no family. Except, his older cousin. Who he approached for help, but, Jason, in heartbreaking fashion was denied. His older cousin used him as it benefited his business selfishly. It didn't benefit Jason, however.

Now, years later, Jason is back. Walking the dark, lonely streets of Gotham. Not as a desperate kid. Not as Robin. Not family, but as Red Hood. Full of rage and vengeance.. and in his mind, this all started with one man. Nóel Todd.
