The Reason I Fled

What does running away mean? It means too 'leave quickly in order to avoid or escape something. To leave home especially. But why do people run away? People tend to run away for a lot of reasons such as abuse, assault, and family problems, or maybe even drug/ alcohol usage.

But not on purpose, or so they say.

Her family never meant for it to turn out this way.

They simply just never had any time for her. Running away was her only option.

It seemed great at first but soon she was met with the harsh reality of our world.

Maybe one day she and her family will reunite, but not today.

She'll make her own family.

One that will last forever.
