While on his tour, he meets a higher ranked detective, who may of caught the tallers' eye. He had met others, but this small bossy boy with anger issue had brought a new reason to continue on.
As Ranboo seems to fall for this small boy, he doesn't notice the visible fingerprints on the large window in his office, indicating the pleasant visit of someone.
