A Hopeful Love

Divya Shastri has never had it easy. From being an average scoring girl in a competitive household to opting psychology as a major to only fail in it terribly and end up a patient herself,to facing all those snooty comments from her dear ones, she feels like a failure. An utter failure. A nobody.
The only good thing in her life seems to be the pet shelter she works in but seeing as though she is messing up even there, she is not much hopeful of that either.

But doesn't hope always find a way for those who need it?
And what if it lands itself in the form of a furry friend with a weary face of Arjun Sen tugging behind?

Arjun Sen,the star cricketer,has had it easy up until now. He has scored centuries, been the man of the matches and shone brightly only leading up to this 'dimming phase' of his where nothing seems to work, where everything he has worked so hard for seems to fall apart and for a cricketer who hasn't faced such losses and hate, he is at the peak of frustration. He feels like a nobody, a man uncomfortable in his own body and mind.

But what Arjun Sen is unaware of is the comfort that the girl his dog is taken a liking to at the pet shelter he feels the need to be at help is about to bring into his life.
