Along with their breakthroughs in science, they spread their vision of comfort and bliss across the globe, affecting human culture in the process. In short, mankind took on the motto: do what makes you happy.

But the things that make us feel good in the moment aren't always what make us happy. In the pursuit of cheap thrills, we often lose ourselves. Because when the good things don't last, you have to ask yourself: was the chase worth it?

For Zane Harrison, the answer is no.
After living a life surrounded by everything he could have ever wanted, Zane no longer has any interest in the things he's indulged himself in day by day. Whether it was drugs, sex, or even simple conversation, it was hard for him to find any lasting sense of joy in any of it.
