A hundred years after the revolution, the world prospers in large part due to the growing leader in technology: SoulTech. Along with their breakthroughs in science, they spread their vision of comfort and bliss across the globe, affecting human culture in the process. In short, mankind took on the motto: do what makes you happy.
But the things that make us feel good in the moment aren't always what make us happy. In the pursuit of cheap thrills, we often lose ourselves. Because when the good things don't last, you have to ask yourself: was the chase worth it?
For Zane Harrison, the answer is no.
After living a life surrounded by everything he could have ever wanted, Zane no longer has any interest in the things he's indulged himself in day by day. Whether it was drugs, sex, or even simple conversation, it was hard for him to find any lasting sense of joy in any of it. With such an overwhelming sense of apathy, he can't help but feel that there may be an external force to blame. Perhaps it was something to do with the people who robbed him of everything, yet gave him back everything at the same time.
He feels helpless, until one day, he runs into someone like him. Not only do they share the same dullness in their eyes, but their lives were forever changed by the same company: SoulTech. Even though she's their property, he can't just ignore her.

Ein has always been known as a jerk to others. Always pulling pranks and acting like he's always right. Not everybody has ever really liked Ein, or even tried being his friend. Every time Ein thought he made a friend, they always were FAKE and started acting mean to him. Ein never truly had a family, or someone he could talk to. One person got a feeling that Ein's actions were the cause of something else... Aphmau decided to install a mod on the server. It was a mod that showed how much someone cares for you. Ein took a guess on how everybody's percentage would be but wanted to try it out anyways. His feelings were hurt, and he didn't know how to cope with it. Until, he met the one person who saw through his facade... Godslayers is about correcting a mistake. A mistake made by three kid geniuses who inherited a Corporate Technology Empire. They attempt to utilize Dark Tech to change the world with a new generation of technologies. Most important of all this new tech was a clean, efficient and totally renewable source of energy given freely to the world, an attempt to usher Earth into a golden age. They never asked their selves if the world was ready. Battle after battle that claimed nations, oceans and a third of the world's population within one year. By the second year, only three factions remained, political amalgams of financial, military and technological interests. High casualty and destructive rates refined combat, and Dark Tech's emerging technologies- unbridled by energy restrictions- were corrupted into a new version of warfare. The BADB Frames took over the battlefield. Exoskeletal marvels- walking tanks. These suits made the soldiers of the future nearly invincible, while giving them destructive abilities of such raw power and precision that conflict was forever altered. Soulmates. The most talked about topic in the world. You can use a special pen to write on your arm. Whatever you write will appear on them. The ink is invisible to everyone, which makes it even harder to find your soulmate. The pen can change colours when the person writing is feeling a different emotion. Most colours have multiple meanings. The shade of the colour depends on how strong or light the emotion is, for example, if your soulmate is extremely angry, the writing will be dark red, when their slightly irritated, the writing would be a light/pastel red. You cannot write certain details to your soulmate, like your name, country, address, school, on your body. You CAN however, give them a nickname that only they can use. You may be wondering, how do you find your soulmate? Well, it's very luck based. You'll feel unnaturally drawn to the person. To finally find out if you're soulmates or not, you'll have to kiss. Once you kiss them, a beautiful bright light surrounds the both of you, binding your souls together for eternity. Kirishima is a bright and bubbly person who is rarely upset. When he IS upset, he doesn't write to his soulmate. Due to his... rough childhood, he never really wrote to his soulmate until the end of middle school. He constantly doodles on his skin but quickly wipes it away even though the ink is invisible and only he can see it. His soulmate, on the other hand, is a handful. Bakugou constantly writes to his soulmate about his problems. When he was a kid, he thought he didn't have a soulmate due to everyone else in his class talking to them as soon as they could write but his would never answer. Once his soulmate finally wrote to him for the first time, he was overly excited, though he wouldn't admit it out loud. Now: here's real description: Zane was the outcast of his freshman class, always scowling at his peers and keeping in the shadows. When he was younger, his soulmate took a while to draw anything, which caused him to be made fun of by his peers. So, when the markings finally came, he kept them covered, not wanting to look like a fool. Kawaii~Chan was the new girl at Phoenix Drop High.
