A whole year has passed since the Trouble in Tokyo Incident. The Teen Titans, Robin, Starfire, Beast Boy, Cyborg, and Raven were able to foil Commander Daizo's plan of using Brushogun's Ink Creations against the city. Eventually, The Titans had to return to Jump City. Leaving Tokyo without any protection. Luckily a new hero, who was created by Brushogun himself, arises to be that protection. He along with his four friends aim to be Tokyo's newest heroes and they call themselves...Manga Sentai Inku-Rangers.
