Late Bloomers (MHA fanfiction)

this is a story with powers called quirks, and the most gifted are the late bloomers they are the most powerful quirks in the world, they are rare, very rare only 2% percent of the population, and the 80% percent of the population are just normal people with quirks, and the rest of 18% percent are quirkless, there are very low chances for quirkless people to be late bloomers maybe 2% percent chance to be late bloomers now that's very low, it's like winning the jackpot 10,000 times in one go, you have to be the luckiest person.

Now, let's head into the story with izuku midoriya, and he is a late bloomer. There will be many tasks to gain this quirk and many others.

I suck at descriptions, and I'm not good at writing, so I have lots of books to improve my writing. If I make a mistake, let me know so I won't make the same mistakes
