As for things that happen in the show once, on top of going with trans Butters, Eric Cartman will also have heterochromia referencing to that one episode where he has one of Kenny's eyes. So Eric has one brown eye and one purple eye. Though I don't mention it often, Kyle is a type 1 diabetic in this. And Stan has asthma. Headcanons Stan and Kyle share clothes.
