Zec Alabaster was a normal teenager, he attended university, did his work, partied with his friends and annoyed his sisters. Then one night when he was out camping with his friends everything changed. 

Late at night he heard a rustle in the woods, the next thing he new dark shapes where jumping out the darkness and attacking the small group. 

Out of all of his friends, he was the only one that survived the attack. Everyone told him it was a wild animal that attacked them but Zec knew they were wrong. 

After the attack everything changed for Zec. He started raving about monsters in the dark, creating from mythology infecting humans. Finally his family though he had finally cracked it and put him im the hospital only for his world to turn upside down on the first full moon after the attack

He knew he had changed, he just didn't know how much until then
