The Lesson of a Serpent (An Africa fan story)

In the Ngorongoro Crater of Tanzania, Africa, a mother leopard, struggles to raise her two cubs while the world she's always known is changing around her. All the events that shake her fate seem to revolve around the leopard Chui, who has manipulated the lives of many animals in the land for his own purposes. Now, Africa and her cubs must learn to survive in a new territory.

The leopard family faces their first challenge when a pride of lions ambushes them and separates them. Now Mosi, Africa's son, must escape the clutches of a ruthless lioness that pursues him. He will soon learn, however, that lions aren't the only predators to fear in these lands.
