Shoto Todoroki, Izuku Midoriya, and Katsuki Bakugo, heroes in training.

Quirks have been around for nearly 140 years now but people still wonder, how did quirks come to society? 

Was it because of those darn rats in the sewers? Was it because of chemicals? What was it that really happened to humanity to get like this? 

What if I told you the source to all of this power in humanity's hands was because of a 6000 year old cookbook... with magic. 

Yes, that's right. A magic old dusty cookbook.

Something humans call "silly" but yet so it's so powerful to warp time and space, probably itself too. 
 
These 3 teenage boys are chosen by the book to be its protectors and to save humanity's real downfall.
