The world has been struck by a deadly virus. After the virus, a small population closed a big area of land where they started a new civilization with new rules. They thought would bring lasting peace. Now after 100 years we are counting 1 million civilians. They divided society into 5 factions. Infantry, Technicians, Healthcare. Civilians. Every person that is above 17 years old gets a letter in the first quarter of the year (Nominating day). Telling them which category he is in. Every maximum amount will be changed that will be chosen.
