Want a Lollipop?

Bethany Annity was a very sad girl. She'd never had many friends as a child and didn't have many as a teenager. Her family lived in Oklahoma and moved out to Tulsa for the heck of it.

She lived on the Southern side of it and she wheeled around on some old, worn-out skates she'd recently been given. She accidentally wheeled into a few boys and quickly apologized.

The boys were kind and Bethany went on her way, but with an extra item in her hand. She didn't think much of it, but she remembered one of them, he offered her something. The words rang in her head,

"Want a Lollipop?"
