Empty Promises

Everyone we meet might be temporary but then there is this one person who shows up that you never think would possibly not be in your life. they just turn your world around and feel like home . but then they leave too and all you can think is about how you never you would separate and talk about forever . but now that they have left you can just remember the promises that were made just so they could be worth nothing today .
and you might wait around for them to come back or wait around to the time be right so you can work things out but while you're waiting you never move forward and not matter how hard you try your heart belongs to them.
