Werebeasts

13 parti Completa

Orpheo was a shape-shifter. He could shift into two different animals-a jaguar and a wolf, both black as night. His name *meant* night. Or rather darkness. And he thought of himself as the Lord of Darkness. At least until his pack, his own FATHER betrayed him, and made him unable to shift into anything at all ever again. But Orpheo had rescued a young female before he'd been betrayed, and she was far more powerful than he could dream. She saves him in return, taking him into her own pack, where she turns out to be the daughter of the King of Shifters, who've been at war with the wolf packs for centuries. But that is about to change, as a witch named Shara has given a prophecy that Orpheo is the key to ending the war, and that Orpheo is far more powerful than any could ever realize... Including Orpheo himself.
