Student Council president and eighteen-year-old Jade Scott is blindsided when her boyfriend, a junior in college and undergraduate teacher's assistant at her school, suddenly calls it quits. He thinks that she is overly predictable.

This girl has decided to show her ex-boyfriend that she can be less predictable and it starts with finding someone, an unlikely choice for her to date. The perfect candidate is Alistair Camden, lead vocalist of their popular high school band, Prism. Jade strikes a deal with him that they start dating. Alistair agrees.

Will Jade realizes that liking someone is not going to be easy? Or will she learns that trying not to like someone is even harder?

Fake Dates and Other Mistakes

48 parts Complete

Elysa Degras' junior year of high school has been off to a rocky start. Soccer practices have been kicking her butt, her advanced math class has really been kicking her butt, and her history teacher just blackmailed her into joining the school's (ultra nerdy) Quiz Bowl team. And if that wasn't bad enough, her recent budding attraction to her best friend has also been complicating her life. Especially since she went and lied about it, blurting some preposterous nonsense about having a secret boyfriend to try and explain all her recent weird behavior. In an attempt to salvage the situation and save her friendship, she decides to enlist the help of one of her brother's friends to pose as the supposed new boyfriend, but there's something more than a little suspicious about Luke Haywood, and it's not just his unnerving ability to make their relationship seem anything but fake. She's almost positive he's hiding something, and with everything else spiraling dangerously out of control, she can't afford to leave his secret in the dark.
