A serial killer, known only as Adam, runs rampant through central London. And with no active leads or evidence, the Central Investigation Bureau has no choice but to escalate it to the most elite department they have - The Alice Society.

This elite society is composed of high-ranking investigators, known as Handlers, whose sole purpose is to research and evaluate crime scenes along with the assistance of their partners, the Controllers. Controllers are institutionalized criminals whose job is to obey every command their Handler gives them, give insight based on their expertise, and most important; protect their Handler.

Draco Malfoy and his Controller, Noella Sinclair, embark on an investigation that leads them through a twisted maze of delusions, secrets, and betrayals. Deceit is inevitable, obsessions will be unmasked, and above all, Draco must learn to put his entire trust in his partner - before it's too late.
