Every year, on his birthday, for as long as he can remember, there has been a knock on Seonghwa's door at 12:02 on the dot. Not once has he answered to be met with a human being, just a blood red rose, resting peacefully on his stoop. It isn't until his 22nd birthday that he will discover the mysterious man in his dreams, and the one behind the roses.

The characters in this book are only loosely based on the real ATZ boys. The only characteristics they share are their looks, names, and some others of my choosing. That is why the book Seonghwa has a different birthday from the real seonghwa.

Placed in the setting of baroque period France, but in the 50's :) So like modern historical? The technology of the 50s such as iceboxes and telephones exist, but everything else exists in the baroque period. There are candles, not lights? Idk what goes on in my head.
