The monsters have grown tired of staying down in the underground for so long, they needed something to happen. But one day they could have never prepared themselves for what was happening. 

(An original undertale au by me called Blackfiretale)

Corrupted by a poison or mist, it was very hard for monsters to survive only leave few to live and then soon die. 

Soon humans were there only hope for a cure, while humans in this au could destroy anything (like barriers) so everyone tried their best to kill the humans and the underground got more violent. 

While that was happening echo flowers were the most important thing to everyone, even flowey.

Bailey Hill is a normal, 11 year old girl- until she trips, and falls into Mt.Ebott. Quick to befriend the monsters, Bailey is instantly loved by everyone. When monsters start mysteriously disappearing, Bailey is on the case. What she doesn't know, though, is that a small team, co-led by Undyne and Sans, are working as secret spies in the background. Fonttale is an AU where skeletons have a special power related to their font name. A Normal Font Comic Sans for example, can force people to laugh. However, Papyrus is a Horror Font and they're much different from Normal Fonts. This is where and why the story begins. Papyrus is a sadistic murder whose main goal is to protect his one HP brother Sans. By day he pretends to be an obnoxious idiotic skeleton obsessed with puzzles and spaghetti, but at night he teams up with Flowey and patrols the area for humans in order to collect souls to break the barrier.
