Apocalypse of the Angels. The world has come to only know blood, and money.
Humans were killers, raiders, and fighters. Some sought to live, while others sought authority. With damned creatures crawling out of Hell Pits, roaming around the once-loved Earth, they've begun making pacts, and dealing wings like they were drugs.
To protect their relatives, the angels had to intervene. And their intervention was not at all angelic, but vicious and animalistic.
Talia was only seventeen when she had to travel across the Mediterranean, where she would be safest. And when she meets Maalik, circumstances force them to stick alongside one another.
Her because the lone was weak, and him because she'd gotten ahold of his silver pistol. The one and only thing capable of killing an Angel.
So they struck a deal.
He was claimed a rebel, but he was not yet fallen. And when the Angels find him, it was not going to end well. Not for him, and not for Talia.
