Nathaniel Conn doesn't really know who he is anymore. The injury he suffered in Iraq has left him with an almost blank memory. He knows the basics, and on his path to trying to find out who he is, he meets a special person, and together they embark on a journey to find the truth of his past, the mystery behind a number, and the dramatic revelation of what his real purpose is.

Author's Note: This is a short story based on a challenge made by a friend. Was enjoyable to write from a perspective not of my own. I think I might eventually write some more character development for Daniel, and perhaps spark a relationship between him and Julie the realtor.All Rights Reserved
