The Bennetts are a family of seven: Mr. Bennett, Mrs. Bennett, Jane, Elizabeth, Mary, Kitty, and Lydia. Mr. Bennett owns his own firm, Bennett and Associates. They specialize in car accidents- the law firms you see on the billboards with the tacky slogans like "Did you meet on accident?" Or "Call 1-800-CAR-4LYF" with Mr. Bennett's face plastered upon them. In the law community, they are kind of a joke. When tragedy strikes, Mr. Bennett is diagnosed with stage 3 prostate cancer, the family needs to find an acting CEO to make sure their practice can stay afloat. Here's the catch, based on the Bennett family tradition, the predecessor has to be a man. Elizabeth Bennett, one that is so dedicated to law, is eager to push the new CEO to the side and obtain what she believes is rightfully hers. Based on the events and characters of Pride and Prejudice, follow the Bennetts along in this journey of love, romance, drama, pride, and prejudice as they figure out what to do with their family matters.

I have just finished reading Pride and Prejudice for the 100th time, and I really wanted to see how Elizabeth and Darcy handle their married life, so I decided to write my own sequel. This is just to satisfy my own wild side, I have never been to Great Britain (but I would love to!), and I know very little of the 19th century traditions. *I appreciate all the corrections I get on the culture/timeline/location/language/plotline dearly and would do my best to fix my mistakes in the story. I only request that you put a smiley face emoji at the end of a correction 😀. It is not a requirement, but it would be highly appreciated.
