George, Dream, and Sapnap find themselves trapped in Minecraft. They get to work speedrunning as safely as possible, but unforeseen obstacles get in their way over and over. As things get slowly worse and worse, they can either accept the new reality and cope, or survive in denial. ____ This is not related to "Free the Game, Beat the End" despite the similar name. It wasn't an influence bc I haven't read it. This is entirely separate and mine, please don't compare them. ____ This took a year to write, starting in December 2020 (so it's dated.) Dream had always been scared of water, mainly due to trauma as a child. However, one day, his best friend Sapnap tries to get Dream out of his comfort zone. Then, of course, something goes wrong. Dream had seen something he's never seen before, and that just might be what draws him back to the water, and potentially risks his life. - A few disclaimers; Both Dream and George have announced that they are completely alright with fanfictions and shipping. If either of the two change their mind, I will do no other than take this story down. I completely respect the two content creators, and I hope you do too. I am NOT trying in any way, shape, or form trying to ship Tommy and Tubbo. The two are minors, and have very publicly stated that they are not okay with it. It is not okay in the slightest. In my story, they are really close friends, just as they are in real life. I am not trying to force any real life ships, and I hope that my story, it doesn't come off that way. Karl had looked to his side at the boy he'd pulled up next to, planted a foot on the ground to stabilize himself and the bike he straddled. They locked eyes across the lane, sat a little too close together with a mutual lack of helmets. It drew Karl just a touch closer to the stranger in the figurative sense, like an agreement that went unknown between themselves. Maybe he was a little bit stupid, like Karl.
