I looked up and saw Freyr's gigantic blue eyes staring back at me. They were like daggers, piercing into my soul. The whole auditorium went silent. Everybody turned in my direction, I stood there frozen in my place. My heart Was pounding in my chest at a million miles per hour. It wasn't until the headmaster broke the silence that what had just happened sunk in. 'Freyr has chosen!' He spoke into the microphone 'Amory, come forward and meet your dragon!'
