KING - Is a notorious King Pen in the city of Richmond,Va or RVA. He is running a multimillion dollar drug operation throughout the city. King is very levelheaded but has no patience, nor time for errors, he's about his business. He is well respected and loved but is that enough to keep him away from the big steppas in the projects.

DRAKO KI - is a vicious BiG StePPa. A real hothead, who has no conscious and no cut cards. Drako Ki has a fetish for females and guns. Drako Ki is reckless and felling in love with this young "21" year old girl. King doesn't trust or approve of Tanisha. Will this cause Drako Ki to make a life changing decision.

DETECTIVE HARTMAN - is a 17-year-old veteran from the Richmond or RVA narcotics task force. They are known in the city as the R.N.T boys. Detective Hartman is the lead or H.N.I.C of this task force. They are known for their strategic and elaborate takedowns of criminal organization, drug lords, petty street gangs and corner boys. Also Detective Hartman has just gotten some new recruits in the station and he has his eyesight on one in particular person.
